Acne is also known as hyperkeratosis. This is an inherited condition that causes the pores to shed more rapidly than the average pore, shedding up to 5x a day. When the pore sheds more rapidly it doesn’t allow the pore to properly eliminate dead skin, dirt, debris and excess oil leading to clogged pores, which we call acne.

During this 30 minute consult an analysis will be done to determine skin type, factors that may contribute to acne and expectations.
Product recommendations will be made during this time.
Note: Please come in with list of medications if any and clean skin.

During this time a full consult will take place to determine skin type, gather background info and discuss expectations and home care.
Treatment: Cleanse, exfoliate, extract, high frequency, calming mask with cooling globes and finishing products.
Note: Products can total out to $180 for starter kit (cleanser, toner, moisturizer & SPF)
