A Card is required on file in order to book an appointment

Not to worry, your card will not be charged until the end of your service. A card is held on file for preventative measures. 100% for no show, 50% charge if late and for auto monthly membership charge.

Canceling an appointment

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment any time up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the price of your original service.

We love what we do and never want to charge for a no show/cancelation. We understand that unforeseen events can happen, please do your best to message us right away and we will do our best to accommodate.

Late Policies

Our late policy is 15 minutes and is strictly enforced. If you show up 14 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we will still take you for your service, but one piece of your service will be removed (mask treatment, exfoliating treatment, massage, etc.) and the full price of the service will still be charged. We will do our best to accommodate but will not be able to extent your time as it will interfere with the next clients appointment.

If you show up 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the price of your service and your appointment will be canceled. If I am able to accommodate and get you in at a later time there will be a $25 fee applied to your service.

If you are running more than 5 minutes behind, please call or text your service provider right away to let them know.

No Show

We will make two attempts to contact you if you do not show up to an appointment. If we do not hear from you, you will be marked as a no-show. You will be charged 100% of your originally scheduled service charge. If this is not paid you may be blocked from future scheduling.

Please keep in mind we do not get paid by the hour, we get paid based on appointment. We ask that you be courteous of our time. Thank you :)

Packages and Memberships

If you have a package, or a membership the above policies still apply. If a cancelation is made outside of the 24hr notice, or outside of the 15 minute late policy a $25 fee will be applied.

I will allow the pre-paid package/membership to be rescheduled once within the same month. If the appointment is not completed within the policy the package/membership will be forfeited for that month.
